22 sty2025 PZPTS appeal regarding reusable products Recently, manufacturers and importers of plastic products offered as reusable have become the subject of intensive inspections by provincial environmental protection inspectors (WIOŚ), acting on the instructions of the General Inspector for Environmental Protection (GIOŚ). These inspections focus on compliance with the provisions of the SUP Act of 14 April 2023, which implements the European SUP Directive in Poland. The aim of the regulation is to limit the use of single-use plastic products and reduce the amount of waste they generate.
