Polish Confederation Lewiatan in agreement with Polish Union of Plastic Converters sent an official letter to the Lower Silesian Voivode with a claim for annulment  the resolution adopted in Wałbrzych.

The resolution cannot function due to the number of failures in terms of entitlements and competences of the city council .

PUPC hope that the authorities will repeal the resolution not only because they enter into the competences of state administration, but also because this act has many mistakes in reference to the SUP directive.
