Six international value chain organisations have signed up to a joint appeal to the EU parliamentary committee and the European Commission on plastic packaging. This packaging is being discriminated against in the newly proposed PPWR packaging and packaging waste regulation. Such restrictions will result in greater negative environmental impacts instead of the expected positive impact. Please see the appeal below for details.
