The new edition of Plastics Industry Meeting was held on 26 May this year. The main topic of the event was the situation in the industry and the impact of plastics on consumers and environment. PlasticsEurope and Polish Union of Plastics Converters were again the organizors. 

The conference was divided into two sessions: "Around the market and legislation" as well as "Plastics and the consumer". It ended with a panel discussion with representatives of the industry.

Discussions were devoted to such issues as the transposition of the SUP Directive to the Polish law, Extended Producer Responsibility, impact of plastics on the environment and recycling.
